  • In 1918 Samuel Wynn took ownership of
    the ‘Cellar Bar’. Samuel operated the
    Cellar Bar offering only Australian wines
    due to licensing restrictions, however
    many international wines were still served
    from behind the counter. We pay homage
    to the late Samuel Wynn by sourcing
    seasonal wines that are tasty, fun and
    a pleasure to drink.
